User Conduct: a. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including local, national, and international laws.
b. Users shall not engage in any unlawful activities on the platform, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or defamation.
c. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
d. Users must not post any content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
e. Users must not upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious software that may harm the App or its users.
f. Users must not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity.

a. Users retain ownership of content they post on Dosti but grant Dosti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content.
b. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
c. Users shall not upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
d. Dosti may remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
e. Users grant Dosti the right to modify, adapt, or edit their content for clarity or formatting purposes without altering the original meaning.

6. Termination:
Dosti reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting Dosti support.
a. Upon termination, users' access to the App will be revoked and any content they have posted may be deleted.
b. Users are responsible for any activity conducted under their account up to the point of termination.
c. Termination does not limit Dosti's right to pursue any available legal or equitable remedies.
7. Limitation of Liability:
a. Dosti is not liable for the actions of users or for any content posted by users.
b. Dosti is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.
c. Dosti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the App.
d. Dosti's total liability to users for any claims arising from the use of the App is limited to the amount paid by the user, if any, for accessing the App.
e. Users acknowledge that Dosti is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dosti, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from their use of the App or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
a. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your Dosti account and these Terms & Conditions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
a. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where Dosti is headquartered, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
b. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with the arbitration.
12. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
a. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
13. Waiver:
No waiver of any term of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Dosti's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14. Entire Agreement:
These Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dosti regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements between you and Dosti relating to your use of the App.
